As a technologist, architect, developer, and creator for the past 20 years, what Adrian has enjoyed most is enhancing the lives of others and realizing their dreams. His journey has taken him through both the public and private sectors — mapping river corridor dynamics, preserving biodiversity through modeling, building integrations and software ecosystems that power private industry, and most recently building free software tools that empower learning for the special needs community.

In his words: “As people, one of our greatest traits is our imagination — to dream of creations and visions unencumbered by real-world limitations. In the physical world we are limited by tangible constraints, and even in the virtual world, versions of gravity can still prevent us from flying. With AI, we now have the power to remove that gravity. We can actualize dreams with enough imagination and expertise — instead of a team of hundreds of developers, two AI orchestrators; instead of an entire room of experts, just a handful and AI.”

With a career spanning software engineering, design, people leadership, and technology strategy, Evan has built his expertise across web and mobile application development, UI/UX design, information architecture, and systems integration. That range has shaped an approach to technology that considers not only how something is engineered, but how it behaves, how it feels, and how all of the pieces come together.

He is drawn to complex problems where technology, people, and experience intersect, particularly when established approaches can be simplified, rethought, or made more effective. His perspective bridges disciplines that are often treated separately, from the underlying engineering and systems to the interface, experience, and teams responsible for bringing them to life.

His practice brings together AI-assisted development systems, autonomous engineering agents, and intelligent workflows to integrate human direction, design judgment, and autonomous capabilities throughout the software engineering process. His approach connects planning, design, development, evaluation, and continuous learning to create engineering systems that become more capable through use and experience.

His curiosity is relentless. That blend of hands-on technical exploration and commercial instinct means every idea he champions has already survived both an engineering review and a business case.
