By using www.splendortechnologies.com (the "Site") or purchasing products through it, you agree to these terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at abusive volumes, or misrepresent your identity when contacting us or creating an account.

Content and intellectual property

All Site content — text, graphics, frameworks, assessments, and insights — is owned by Splendor Technologies and protected by copyright. You may read, link to, and quote our content with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions commercially without written permission.

Products and payments

Product purchases and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Prices, features, and availability may change. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the paid period. Refund requests: contact us within 14 days of purchase.

Consulting engagements

Consulting services are governed by separately executed statements of work or master service agreements, which take precedence over these terms for that work.

Assessments and insights are not professional advice

Self-service assessments, articles, and tools on the Site are provided for general information. They are not a substitute for engagement-specific professional advice, and no consultant-client relationship is created by using them.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Splendor Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, and our total liability related to the Site or products purchased through it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Splendor Technologies is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
